Open to international remote product roles

Product Manager · Customer experience · Business impact

I turn customer problems into business opportunities.

I’m Violetta, a Product Manager who started close to customers, in sales, team leadership and customer success. Today I bring customer conversations, data and technology together to find what’s not working and build practical solutions that help both people and the business. At Careerum, that has meant simpler onboarding, better customer visibility and uncovering technical issues that were costing the business money.

What I bring to the table

Good product work connects the dots.

A confusing onboarding step can become a retention problem. A support question can reveal a product gap. A billing discrepancy can point to lost revenue. I like looking beyond the symptom and helping the team make the next move.

Selected work

Real problems. Practical changes.

I care about the story behind the metric: what was getting in the way, how we figured it out, what I contributed and what changed. These are a few projects I’ve worked on.

A runners’ community that became a business

A Telegram community of 5,000 runners in Thailand; members order sports gear with delivery. I’m its Product Manager: we launched it from scratch in 2023, without investment.

The problem

Social networks were blocked in Russia, and the community lives in Telegram. Reaching new customers got harder, and the inflow of new buyers dropped.

What I did

Found the bottlenecks in the numbers and revenue and built a new growth strategy. Automated the routine with AI: bot flows, AI search for bloggers and running clubs, and reels editing with Claude skills.

Status: in progress

About 20 bloggers are in the pipeline: before, an SMM manager searched by hand in general analytics apps; now AI also finds running clubs. The team is launching on VK as a new channel.

My journey

I didn’t start in product. That’s part of what I bring to it.

I started in sales, learned how people make decisions, moved closer to what happens after the purchase and eventually began working on the product itself. Each step gave me another perspective on the same question: what makes an experience valuable to a customer and sustainable for a business?

The thread through all of it has been the same: understand people, connect the details and make the experience better.

The approach

Start with people. Stay curious. Make it useful.

I work best when I can understand the situation firsthand, connect different perspectives and help turn a good question into a useful next step. Here’s how that shows up in practice.

01

Listen before solving

A customer conversation is rarely just a request or complaint. I look for the expectation behind it, the obstacle underneath it, and what the team can learn from it.

02

Follow the evidence

I combine qualitative signals with data. I use Metabase to look at plans, churn and customer behavior, and discuss the patterns and trade-offs with my manager and colleagues.

03

Make complex things easier to use

Better messages, clearer offers, one shared customer card. Sometimes a small piece of clarity is the most useful product change.

04

Don’t stop at the idea

I enjoy building prototypes and internal tools with Lovable, Claude, APIs and automation platforms. Not because every problem needs AI, but because a working example can move a conversation forward.

05

Work with people, not around them

I like thoughtful discussions, shared context and people who can challenge an idea without making it personal. Good collaboration makes both the product and the process better.

Keep learning

I learn best when I can try it.

I’m interested in how products grow, how people make decisions, and how technology can remove everyday friction. I like studying the idea — and then testing it on something real.

Product and internal tooling

At work I build practical tools with Lovable, Claude, APIs, Make, Salebot and webhooks, from customer views to prototypes and automation flows.

A running report that connects the dots

I combined Oura recovery signals, Strava running data and notes about the week into a Telegram training report. I wanted to understand the full picture, not just one metric.

My own small agent system

I’ve also set up personal workflows with Claude, GitHub Actions and Notion for morning briefs, weekly reviews and drafts. This site began as a prototype I built with Claude and my own knowledge base.

I don’t think every task needs an AI agent. I do think it’s worth asking what could be simpler.

Beyond the job title

A curious life makes the work more interesting.

Work matters to me, but it isn’t my whole world. I like long runs, unfamiliar ideas and conversations that make me see something differently.

Running

I’m an early runner. Some of my favorite mornings start with 10 km before work. Running reminds me that progress is usually quiet: show up, stay consistent, keep going. I also love the energy of a race day and the community around it.

Investing, art, philosophy & history

Lately I’ve been drawn to investing, art, philosophy and history. Different worlds, maybe, but each gives me a new way to think about value, choices, people and how things change over time. Sometimes I follow a question simply because I’m curious where it leads.

Mentoring

I enjoy talking with people who are exploring tech, product or AI tools. I share what I know, ask questions and help them work out whether a path feels right for them. I work with a few mentees at a time.

If we end up talking about product, running, a book or an idea neither of us has fully figured out yet, that sounds like a good conversation to me.
